Chinese New Year - Paper Cutting

Today Jin-Ya Huang taught the ancient tradition of Chinese paper cutting in celebration of the Chinese New Year. Students cut Chinese characters and Zodiac symbols in bright red paper. The finished paper cuts were mounted on heavy white paper.
